Trenta Valley and Soča River offer a lot of opportunities for active summer vacations. If you are tempted by the rock, a visit to this climbing area is highly recommended. In addition to a compact crag, the peaceful and neat surrounding area in the middle of a forest is the main advantage of this climbing area. Beginners will enjoy this place the most, since the majority of the routes is of lower difficulty level.

How to get there:
Drive from Bovec towards Trenta Valley (direction Vršič pass) to Kal-Koritnica village. Leave the car by the main road on a pebbly parking lot.

Access:
Go past the houses from the parking lot and follow the marked path towards Svinjak. When you reach a water reservoir, go around it. Proceed to the left (Svinjak is to the right) on a well traced path which takes you shorty to the first sector of the climbing area. It takes 10 to 15 minutes from the parking lot.

Best time for climbing:
Summer

Orientation of the wall:
The climbing area faces west.

Warning: Close the cattle gates behind you!

Nicely equipped routes across vertical plates prevail in this lovely forest climbing area. The crag is very popular in summer and the rock on some routes (mostly the easier ones) is slightly 'worn out'. The wall dries slowly after rain and can be dusty at times. There are toilet facilities at the climbing area.
